4. Adult contents, gambling or betting sites are not allowed
5. Users should not try to breach network/server security
6. Unauthorized access, detection of system security/authentication measures, data or traffic or any kind of interference with the service, user, host or network is not allowed
7. Any type of attacks, hacking to the service/host/user is not allowed
8. Using our servers to hack/crack any other website/server/host/user is prohibited
9. Storing any hacking/cracking/illegal/pirated software is not allowed
10. IRC/Chat rooms not allowed
11. MaxApex reserves the right to terminate any website consuming large volume of system resource. It may also give an option to the website owner to pay extra amount to continue the website.
12. Any website which negatively affects the performance of our server or network security will be shutdown without any prior notice
13. Spam emails (sending unsolicited bulk messages) using MaxApex is strictly prohibited
14. Any contents containing sensitive data (credit card number etc) is not allowed
15. Any contents related to terrorist activities is not allowed
16. To cancel the subscription use the link available on the website 
17. MaxApex will be the sole arbitrator in case of any disputes
18. MaxApex reserves full rights to change/add/delete contents to its terms and condition without any notice
19. MaxApex reserves full rights to accept/refuse its services to any one
20. Mentioned price is for pre-payment term only. MaxApex can change the prices anytime without any notice
21. The customer is responsible for all money owed from the time of account setup till the time of termination
22. Customers who want to cancel their subscription should intimate us at least 7 days before the start of next billing period
23. No refund will be paid in case the account is terminated due to violation of any policies/terms/conditions
24. Customers agree to indemnify MaxApex from any all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and its claims including reasonable legal fees asserted against service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns
25. MaxApex will not be responsible for any kind of damages that you or your business may suffer either due to unavailability of our services or any other reason
26. MaxApex declares no warranties of any type whether  expressed or implied for the services we provide
27. MaxApex is not responsible for any type of damage/loss of data stored on our servers or your data is hacked or leaked. It is purely customer’s responsibility to take offsite backups and secure their data of their data.
